We measure quality, we don't assume it
A latest-generation computerised Universal Testing Machine pulls every batch for strength and elongation, while a Spectromaxx spectrometer reads chemical composition instantly — during the melt and after it. Tensile testing, bend testing, and continuous dimensional checks back it up.
The only ASTM A706 Grade 80 in Pakistan
Strength alone isn't enough in a seismic zone. A706 Grade 80 controls yield variability, yield-to-ultimate ratio, elongation, and chemistry — the things that decide how a structure behaves in an earthquake. AFCO is the first and only producer of it in the country.
